중보기도

Moses’highly held arm was the source of Israel’s strength while fighting against the Amalek. Although Moses did not go out with a sword to physically fight the Amalek, his intercessory prayer was the most powerful weapon of all the artilleries on the battle field during the fight. However, when Moses put down his tired arm, Amalek won since the Amalek’s military was technically far superior to that of Israel. However, when Hall and Aaron instead helped tired Moses and help him to hold up his arm, Israel began to win and finally they were able to defeat the Amalek. Without an intercessory prayer a problem often occurs in a relationship. Ecclesiastes 4:10, For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, For he has no one to help him up. Not everyone can become a soldier or a missionary. We cannot all become a doctor or study for those who wish to become a doctor. However there is one thing we can always is do, and that is to pray. We can build a church by praying. A sincere prayer for a soul leads to the eternal salvation. Through praying, we mend our hearts, cure physical illness. Through praying families may be protected. An intercessory prayer for someone other than you may always come back to you with million times greater blessing and that’s the way of God. (Mathew 10:11-12) 모세의 높이든 팔은 이스라엘이 아말렉을 무찌르는데 결정적인 힘이 되었습니다. 직접 싸우지는 않지만 이스라엘을 중보 하는 모세의 기도는 전쟁의 어떤 무기 보다 도 힘이 있었습니다. 하지만 모세가 힘이 들어 팔을 계속 들지 못하고 내릴 때는 아말렉이 이겼습니다. 군사력의 우수성은 아말렉이 더 강했다는 말입니다. 힘 빠진 모세를 도와 그의 팔을 홀과 아론이 들어 주자 다시 이스라엘이 이기기 시작해서 결국 아말렉을 무찔렀습니다. 서로를 위해 중보 기도 하지 않는 관계엔 문제가 발생하기 쉽습니다. “ 혹시 저희가 넘어지면 하나가 그 동무를 붙들어 일으키려니와 홀로 있어 넘어지고 붙들어 일으킬 자가 없는 자에게는 화가 있으리라”(전도서 4장 10절) 우리 모두가 다 직접 싸우는 군사가 될 수 없습니다. 우리 모두가 선교사가 될 수 없습니다. 우리 모두가 의사가 될 수 없습니다. 우리가 대신 공부해 줄 수 없습니다. 하지만 우리는 기도할 수 있습니다. 기도로 교회를 세울 수 있습니다. 영혼을 위한 기도는 구원을 향해 나가게 합니다. 기도로 마음을 고치고, 육체의 병을 고칩니다.(야고보서 5:16). 기도로 우리의 가족을 보호 할 수 있습니다. 다른 사람을 위한 중보기도는 결국 우리자신에게 복이 되어 돌아오는 것이 하나님의 원리입니다.(마태보음 10:11-12)
