주님의 의도를 알면 은혜를 받는다 (막 7:25-30)

예수님께서 떡(양식)을 들어 많은 비유를 말씀 하셨습니다. 주기도문에 “오늘 날 우리에게 일용할 양식을 주옵시고”라는 부분이 있습니다. 많은 사람들은 이 부분에 위로를 받습니다. 하지만 “일용할 양식”이 육체를 위해 먹는 식사가 아니라는 것을 삶 가운데 적용하기는 쉽지 않습니다. 예수님의 의도하신 “일용할 양식” 은 바로 말씀입니다. 매일 말씀으로 우리의 영을 채우라는 말씀입니다. 제자들 역시 떡의 누룩을 이해 하지 못했습니다. “어찌 내 말한 것이 떡에 관함이 아닌 줄을 깨닫지 못하느냐 오직 바리새인과 사두개인들의 누룩을 주의하라 하시니 그제서야 제자들이 떡의 누룩이 아니요 바리새인과 사두개인들의 교훈을 삼가라고 말씀하신 줄을 깨달으니라 “(마태복음 16장 11-12) 예수님의 말씀을 하나님의 지식이 없어서 사람들은 이해 하지 못합니다. “예수께서 이르시되 너희가 성경도 하나님의 능력도 알지 못하므로 오해함이 아니냐”(마가복음 12:24) 귀신들린 딸을 위해 예수의 발 앞에 엎드렸던 이방인 여인에게 예수님은 “자녀가 먹을 떡을 개들에게 던져주지 않는다” 라고 단호하게 말씀 하셨습니다. 이 때 여인은 정확하게 자녀와 떡과 개의 의미를 알고 있었습니다. 바로 예수님의 본심을 알고 있었다는 것입니다. 예수님은 유대인들에게 개 취급을 받는 이방인들을 위해서 이 땅에 오셨습니다. 예수님에 대한 지식은 바로 예수님의 의도를 알게 합니다. 이방인 여인 처럼 그 “겸손의 지식”이 바로 은혜를 받게 합니다. Jesus told many meal metaphors. The Lord’s prayer says ‘Give us our food for today’. Many people are comforted by this phrase. However it is difficult to understand that”food for today” does not imply the food for eating. What Jesus meant by “food for today” was the words spoken by him. He encourages us to fill our souls with his words. Even his disciples could not understand the yeast on the bread. “How could you even think I was talking about food? So again I say, ‘Beware of the yeast on the Pharisees and Sadducees.”(Matthew 16 11-12) People do not understand Jesus’s teaching because they do not have the knowledge. Jesus replied, “Your problem is that you don’t know the Scriptures and you don’t know the power of God.” (Mark 12:24) To woman who kneeled in front of Jesus for the daughter possessed by evil Jesus said “Do not give a dog the food for a child.” The woman exactly knew what he meant by the dog, food, and child. She understood Jesus. Jesus came to save the people who are treated like dogs by the Jews. Knowing Jesus help understand his intentions. Like the woman, “humble knowledge” will help gain the blessings of Jesus.
