성령에너지 #.4 진리로의 초대

며칠 전 김수환 추기경의 장례식이 있었습니다. 고인의 삶은 소박함과 더불어 헌신된 삶으로 많은 사람의 존경과 사랑을 받았습니다. 고 김수환 추기경의 죽음으로 인간이면 누구나 가야 할 길을 간 것 입니다. 그것은 진리입니다. 그 누구도 그것을 거부 할 수 없습니다. 이처럼 우리의 삶 가운데에는 우리가 거부 하지만 그래도 반드시 이루어 지는 진리인 것들이 참 많이 있습니다. 성령님께서는 그런 진리 가운데로 우리를 이끄시는 분입니다. 인간의 이성과 추론 그리고 상상으로 진리를 파악 할 수 없습니다. 그것이 인간이 가진 한계입니다 내가 아직도 너희에게 이를 것이 많으나 지금은 너희가 감당하지 못하리라 (요한복음 16:12) 예수님께서는 온 인류의 죄를 대신 하시는 진리를 만드시고 성령님은 그 진리를 전파하시는 역할을 하십니다. 그것은 예수님은 육신의 몸을 입고 오셨기 때문에 시간과 공간을 초월 하시지 않으셨지만 성령님은 영으로써 우리 가운데 거하시기 때문에 시간과 공간을 초월하시고 깊은 우리의 심령은 물론 전 세계 어디서든지 복음의 진리를 전하시고 계십니다. 오늘 날 성령님은 각자 다른 진리의 가치를 버리고 참된 진리를 따르도록 우리의 가치를 바꾸어 주십니다. 죄에 대하여, 의에 대하여 그리고 심판에 대하여 알도록 하십니다. 진리를 알지니 진리가 너희를 자유롭게 하리라 (요한복음 8:32) 진리 속에 사는 삶과 죽음은 자유 합니다. A few days ago there was a funeral service for Cardinal Kim. His austere and selfless life was loved and admired by many people. And he left to take a path that any man has to take. That is the truth. No one can escape or deny that fact. Like wise, despite our efforts to avoid certain things, the certain things do happen. The Holy Spirit is the one who leads to the center of that truth. It is impossible for a man to analyze that truth with his reasoning and imagination. That is the limitation of a man. “Oh, there is so much more I want to tell you, but you can’t bear it now.” (John 16:12) Jesus sets the truth of bearing sins of all human beings and The Holy Spirit works to spread that truth. Jesus came in a form of a man and could not rise above the time and space. However The Holy Spirit, always among us, rises above the time and space and spreads the truth of the Good News all around the world. “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (John 8:32) Today, The Holy Spirit is changing our values to throw away all others and follow the right truth. He lets us know about the sins, righteousness and the judgments. Life and death are free within the truth.
